What is Trance?
Trance has been misinterpreted in the media, leaving many people thinking it is a state in which you can be manipulated/ controlled to act questionably in public - such as, cluck like a chicken.
You may be surprised to know then, that we actually go in and out of trance, naturally, multiple times a day.
Ever zoned out whilst driving a familiar route, then realised you don't remember how you got there? Congratulations, you were in trance.
Trance is a natural, safe, flow-like state, of which you remain in complete control.
In this state, the mind is focused deeply inward, often bypassing the conscious analytical mind, allowing for insight, change and deep relaxation.
