Rarely is weight management simply a case of someone consciously choosing to eat too much, or too little. Often, the root cause of over-eating, or under-eating, is emotional; rooted in subconscious beliefs and deep rooted habits, or stemming from poor stress management.
Whilst society continues to pigeon hole people into believing that they must look a certain way to be worthy, instead, I promote health, not skinny!
On our journey together, SFH will help you to rewire neural pathways, regain intellectual control and change existing habits and beliefs around food and your body. It is an entirely positive experience, with no shaming.
Like with all SFH, it requires 100% commitment from you, as the client, and together, we will rebuild your confidence from the inside out.
Note; I will never support dangerous ways to achieve weight loss, nor suggest diets, or shortcuts, to achieving your goals in unrealistic timelines.
