Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – Stef Gogna Hypnotherapy
At Stef Gogna Hypnotherapy, your time and wellbeing is my priority. To ensure that I can offer appointments fairly to all clients, please take note of my cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% session fee being charged.
Anything less than 24 hours, or failing to attend without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee (or deducted from your bundle if you have paid for a bundle in advance).
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours may be subject to the same fees as a late cancellation, (at the therapist’s discretion).
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.
The full session fee still applies.
4. Emergencies & Exceptions
Genuine emergencies or sudden illness will, of course, be taken into consideration.
Please contact me as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
5. Payment Policy
All session fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds for cancelled sessions (within policy) will be processed within 7 working days. Please provide your details to Stef Gogna Hypnotherapy, should this be the case.
